Water pollution in the Dawenhe River Basin is a big problem right now. The river has more pollution in the upper part than it should, and the lower part is not in good shape either. Groundwater quality is not good for drinking in terms of how clear it is. Even deep underground water is dirty because it gets contaminated by other water sources. To fix this, we need to control where the pollution comes from, make things more eco-friendly, build more water treatment plants and pipes, boost nature-friendly farming, and stop pollution coming from everywhere in the area.
