A new gas drainage method was used in Zhuzhuang Mine to reduce gas levels in coal mining areas. By burying tubing in the goaf and drilling boreholes along the roof, gas emissions were decreased. The optimized tubing and borehole locations effectively lowered gas levels, ensuring safe mining operations.
