Climate change in Weihe River Basin: Precipitation Decreasing, Temperature Rising.
The study looked at how rainfall, evaporation, and temperature changed in the Weihe river basin from 1960 to 2010. They found that annual rainfall decreased slightly each year, while evaporation increased slightly. The temperature stayed about the same. Rainfall decreased from southeast to northwest, evaporation varied from east to west, and temperature decreased from southeast to northwest. There were specific years when these changes happened. The patterns in rainfall, evaporation, and temperature repeated every 17 and 28 years.
