Chinese peasant workers in cities face challenges due to cultural and geographical differences, leading to conflicts with city residents. Despite this, they play a crucial role in urban development. To improve social integration, it is suggested that peasant workers be given proper status and rights. The government should adopt a tolerant approach and implement new institutional reforms to support this.
