Laozi believed in three life realms: common, wise, and newborn baby realms. The common realm goes against Tao, while the wise realm is based on Tao but can be stingy. The newborn baby realm, like nature, is similar to Tao. Laozi emphasized human freedom, equality, and harmony, showing his value for realizing human personalities.
