Chinese soil erosion covers over half of the country's land area, impacting economic development and social stability. A study analyzed the relationships between soil erosion and rainfall, gradient, slope length, and vegetation. These factors were found to be key in causing soil erosion and harming the environment. To minimize the damage, comprehensive countermeasures were suggested.
