The article analyzes water resource utilization in the Shiyang River Basin and proposes measures to address overexploitation. The resolution involves two stages: first, rescuing water resources and solving ecological problems, and second, implementing comprehensive measures for conservation and sustainable development. The approach includes protecting water sources, developing oases, and controlling sandstorms in different parts of the basin. By improving water utilization efficiency and managing resources sustainably, the goal is to achieve harmonious coexistence between humans and nature in the region.
