The study looked at using Half ICSI in in vitro fertilization to see how it affected fertilization rates and pregnancy outcomes. They analyzed data from 31 cases and found that Half ICSI helped prevent fertilization failure in some cases and improved pregnancy rates. The group that received Half ICSI had lower rates of successful fertilization compared to the control group, but there was no significant difference in pregnancy rates.
