Entrepreneurship in the public sector of Serbia was studied in 2014 by interviewing 65 public sector employees. The goal was to see if they were ready for entrepreneurial concepts. The results showed that employees had low awareness of entrepreneurship and little implementation of it in the public sector. To improve this, it is important to educate and inform public sector management and employees about the benefits of entrepreneurship and how to apply it in their work.
