The article discusses how buildings in developed countries use 2 to 3 times more energy than necessary, leading to a serious energy conservation problem. To address this, a new method using BIM technology was proposed to analyze building energy consumption more accurately and efficiently. By dividing buildings into different regions, energy-saving measures can be optimized to reduce overall energy usage.
