The study compared the taste of three different types of fiber supplements in volunteers under 40 and over 60 years old. Women preferred Normacol Special over Fybogel and Celevac Granules. Normacol Special was also preferred over Celevac Granules overall. Younger volunteers liked Celevac more than Fybogel, while older volunteers preferred Fybogel. These findings could help doctors choose the best fiber supplement for patients with digestive issues.
