The draft of the ICD-11 linear structure does not include sleep and sexual disorders as mental disorders. The primary classification of neurocognitive disorders is also not under mental and behavioural disorders. The draft categorizes 25 major groups, including disorders like schizophrenia, anxiety, and substance use. The Global Clinical Practice Network is being organized by the WHO for field studies on the ICD-11, with over 700 members from the Japanese Society for Psychiatry and Neurology participating.
