University personnel management is crucial for universities. This study redefined the requirements for a personnel system based on knowledge staff theory. They created a flexible system architecture and data model, with a user-friendly interface on the campus network. This improved the efficiency of managing faculty members. The study is a valuable example of using technology to enhance personnel management in universities.
