The impact of brewery effluent on water quality in Majawe, Ibadan was studied. Samples were collected at different points to assess physicochemical parameters like pH, temperature, BOD, COD, and metal concentrations. Results showed pH ranged from 6.56 to 7.17, and temperature from 24.5°C to 27°C. The effluent discharge point had higher levels of pollutants compared to downstream points.
