The article examines beef prices and production costs in Ukraine, finding that the livestock industry is not profitable due to inefficient market prices. This leads to a lack of compensation for production costs and an inability to sustain production. The study suggests that the meat industry in Ukraine is facing a crisis with no clear solutions in sight.
