New Study Shows Plant Growth Regulators Boost Mango Yield by 63%!
Researchers conducted experiments on mango trees to see how different plant growth regulators and chemicals affected flowering, fruit set, and yield. They found that using paclobutrazol alone reduced vegetative growth but increased fruit production. Boron also increased fruit yield significantly. Combining paclobutrazol with spermidine or NAA led to the highest increase in yield compared to control trees.
