A study compared classical and quantum random number generators to see how random their output is. They tested the randomness using entropy and p-value tests. The results showed that both generators can be used to create secure keys for encryption, like in the Diffie-Hellman protocol. However, the tests alone cannot guarantee the security of the encryption.
