The Chinese photovoltaic industry is important for clean energy production. A study analyzed 58 Chinese photovoltaic companies to understand their performance and location. The companies are mainly in east and north China, with better-performing ones in the north. Most are in the early stages of making solar panels. Overall, these companies need to improve their efficiency to make more profit. The government should help them invest wisely and produce more efficiently.
