The article discusses success factors in Information Systems outsourcing, focusing on a case study from Turkey. The study analyzes both success and failure factors in outsourcing projects, including those involving multiple vendors. The case study shows how a project in Turkey initially faced challenges but ultimately succeeded after being almost terminated.
