A new model for studying how sand moves in the wind was developed. This model focuses on how different factors like moisture, vegetation, and shells affect the amount of sand that can be carried by the wind. Unlike previous models, this new approach can handle changes in these factors over time and space. The model was tested using different scenarios and wind tunnel experiments, showing its ability to accurately predict sand movement in various conditions.
