A new algorithm was developed to help doctors analyze medical images more accurately. This algorithm uses a combination of 3D Otsu and multi-scale image techniques to separate different parts of the image. By breaking down the image into smaller pieces and smoothing out any rough edges, the algorithm can create clear and stable results. Tests on brain images showed that this new method is better than other similar techniques at accurately segmenting different parts of the brain.
