Clay mixed with water can help reduce soil water repellency in sandy soil with olive trees. The study tested dry and wet clay applications, finding that wet clay was more effective in reducing water repellency immediately. Dry clay improved over time with repeated wetting and drying cycles. Wet clay application is suggested for controlling soil water repellency in agricultural land.
