Grazing and drought have big impacts on desert rangelands in Tunisia. A study looked at how these factors affect plant diversity and production. In wet years, there was more diversity and biomass. But in dry years, these were lower. Grazing can help rangeland production in good years, but too much grazing and drought together can harm the land. Drought is the biggest threat to plants in deserts.
