Small and medium construction firms can improve their performance by adopting innovative technologies and practices. A study in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, found that organizational capabilities like entrepreneurship and human resource practices positively impact innovation, which in turn boosts firm performance. Both technological and organizational innovations play a role in enhancing the success of these firms. This research helps us understand how small and medium construction firms can achieve better outcomes through innovation.
