A study looked at how feeding fish artificial food affects their growth and production in ponds. They stocked different types of fish in 6 ponds and gave artificial feed to some while others only got fertilizers. The ponds with artificial feed produced more fish than those without. The fish were given wheat bran, rice bran, and mustard oil cake as artificial feed. The ponds without artificial feed had lower fish growth and production.
