The article analyzes and predicts wind power acceptance in provincial grids. The researchers focus on load-following regulation as a key factor limiting wind power integration. They develop a model to forecast the grid's ability to accept wind energy, using data from Northern Provinces of China. By considering different scenarios, they predict the provinces' acceptance of wind power in 2011. The study offers suggestions for increasing wind power in the system.
