The article introduces a new method for managing business processes called a resource state-based process control mechanism. This method focuses on organizing business resources to improve workflow efficiency. By using a resource-oriented business model and a finite state machine, the method controls the flow of resources in a business. The key finding is that this approach enhances control efficiency by prioritizing resources over services, leading to more accurate results.
