Image segmentation is important in computer vision. A new method combines Fuzzy C-Means algorithm and Graph Cut Theory for gray and color image segmentation. The approach splits the image into small regions, extracts color features, uses FCM for clustering, and builds a graph model for segmentation. Results show that this method achieves better segmentation compared to using FCM alone.
