The article discusses how project management, workflow management, and lifecycle management are interconnected in digital product development. The process is divided into three levels: project management, workflow management, and lifecycle management of product data. Each level corresponds to different tasks, activities, and operations. Different strategies are used for each level. The process management model is based on this division. The management is mainly done through Product Data Management (PDM), expanding its scope. The integration of process and data management is successfully achieved.
