The new concept involves activities like soil quality assessment, land appraisal, and environmental protection. The researchers developed this concept based on surveys and critical analysis, aiming to balance public and private sector interests. The approach considers the differences between past and present socio-economic systems and focuses on securing land tenure, protecting the environment, and ensuring economic success for farms.
