Clustering is a popular way to group similar data together in data mining. There are seven main types of clustering algorithms, each with its own strengths. Some are better for big data sets, while others are good at finding clusters of different shapes. This paper compares six clustering algorithms, like K-Means and Hierarchical clustering, to see which ones work best in different situations.
