Indonesian halal restaurant ensures food safety and meets dietary requirements
The study looked at making ayam lalapan food safer in an Indonesian halal restaurant by following Halal dietary rules. They used a method called HHACCP to find and fix potential hazards, including haram substances. By identifying critical control points, they ensured the food met Halal requirements and was safe to eat. After improvements, the risk level decreased by 75.64%, making the food much safer for consumption.
