Lifestyle Choices Unlock Sustainable Consumption for Future Generations
The study looked at how people's lifestyles affect their choices in sustainable consumption. Lifestyle includes what people do, like, and think about different issues, which influences what they buy. Sustainable consumption means buying things in a way that meets future needs without causing harm. The study found that people who are innovative and thoughtful know more about environmental issues and are more positive. On the other hand, people who are thoughtful and believe strongly in certain things tend to make more sustainable choices. This was shown in a survey of 350 people in Erzurum, Turkey.
