The article introduces a framework for analyzing and improving business processes using real data collected during their execution. The framework focuses on time and cost parameters, using a flexible monitoring system to track process performance. By implementing coverage metrics, it identifies critical areas and suggests ways to enhance process efficiency. The framework was validated through a case study, demonstrating its effectiveness in optimizing business processes expressed in BPMN.
