Larger Samples Lead to More Accurate Population Estimates, Study Finds.
Larger samples result in more accurate estimates of population parameters. This was shown by analyzing data from a simulated dataset where 73 samples were randomly drawn. The study found that as sample size increased, estimates of the mean, standard deviation, and confidence interval became more precise. The relationship between sample size and the standard error of the mean was particularly strong. In conclusion, larger samples lead to more accurate estimates of population parameters.
