Uncontrolled urban growth in Nigeria poses challenges like overburdened infrastructure and lack of maintenance. To address these issues, a sustainability framework is being developed for the Greater Port Harcourt City Development Project. The goal is to identify and address factors hindering project success, focusing on stakeholders' concerns.
