Forest resource utilization in Kipini Division of Tana Delta district, Kenya is influenced by factors like income, distance to main road, and forest management regimes. The study found that awareness of forest benefits varied across different management regimes, with the Kenya Forest Service regime having the highest awareness. Income, gender, and farm size were found to influence awareness of forest benefits. Additionally, the local community showed a negative attitude towards forest conservation in all three management regimes.
