The study assessed the sediment quality of Orashi River in the Niger Delta. Samples were taken from six stations in both dry and wet seasons. Results showed varying levels of pH, electrical conductivity, nutrients, and organic carbon. Higher levels of nutrients were found in the dry season. Mild human activities were observed in the river. It is important for people living near Orashi River to avoid activities that could harm the environment or public health.
