Justice, Commitment, Leadership: Keys to Healthy Organizations in Southern Thailand
The study looked at how commitment, fairness, and leadership affect the health of organizations in Southern Thailand. They found that when people are committed to their organization, it is healthier. Fairness in decision-making also leads to better organizational health. Additionally, strong leadership that inspires and challenges employees can improve organizational health. To have a healthy organization, it's important for leaders to focus on building trust, fairness, and strong leadership qualities.
