Midazolam Doesn't Affect Sperm Motility, Offering Hope for Male Fertility
This study examined how midazolam affects human sperm movement. Sperm samples from healthy adults were tested in three groups: one without midazolam and two with different midazolam concentrations. The samples were observed at 10, 30, and 60 minutes using a computer analysis. Results showed that midazolam did not significantly alter sperm movement parameters. In simpler terms, midazolam does not appear to affect how sperm swim in a lab setting.
