Immigrants who move regions more likely to find jobs and education opportunities.
The article analyzes how immigrants in different categories, like refugees or labor immigrants, participate in the job market and education. They studied immigrants who moved between regions and those who stayed put to see how it affected their chances of finding work or pursuing education. The results show that immigrants who move between regions are more likely to find jobs or start education, especially if they settled in less central areas. Labor and education immigrants, as well as Nordic immigrants, are more likely to be employed or in education compared to refugees or family immigrants.
