Organic food market in Poland faces challenges with supply and pricing.
The organic food market in Poland from 2004 to 2014 was studied. The number of organic farms grew, but the supply of organic food did not increase much. Processing of organic food is not growing much either. Some regions have more organic farms but fewer processing plants, causing issues for producers. Specialist shops are selling more organic food, but prices are still high. Only a small number of people regularly buy organic food in Poland.
