Silver carp and mrigal duo outperforms in polyculture system for better growth.
The experiment studied how different types of carp interacted when raised together and fed extra food. They tested silver carp with mrigal, silver carp with common carp, catla with common carp, and catla with mrigal. The best growth and production were seen in tanks with silver carp and mrigal, and silver carp and common carp.
