Optimizing Weir Types for Safer Hydraulic Structures and Efficient Flow.
The study looked at different types of weirs to see how they affect the amount of water flowing through them. They used equations to figure out the flow rate and found that the best amount of water for each type of weir is important for building hydraulic structures. They tested different conditions and found that the coefficient of discharge decreases as the water level above the weir increases, except for one type of weir. They also found that water flows faster on a slope compared to a flat surface.
