The study looked at how organizational culture and stakeholders' expectations affect knowledge sharing in healthcare organizations in Thailand. They found that a positive organizational culture helps with knowledge integration, while stakeholders' expectations support the exchange of knowledge. This means that hospitals should focus on creating a collaborative culture and meeting stakeholders' expectations to improve knowledge sharing within the organization.
