Indian youth struggle with rejection and loneliness in rapidly changing society.
The study looked at a new way of Sensitivity training for Indian youth to help them adjust to a fast-changing society. The approach involved participants talking openly about their feelings and experiences to promote self-reflection and growth. The study found that Indian youth often feel rejected, which may stem from issues with dependency and control. Other common themes included feeling emotionless, lonely, striving for independence, and feeling deprived. The training method helped participants become more willing to reflect on themselves by creating empathy and showing how they are both unique and connected to others.
