New clustering method revolutionizes data analysis for improved decision-making!
Cluster analysis aims to group data points based on their distances. A new model called local gravitation views data points as objects with mass and calculates forces between them. By analyzing these forces, two new measures called centrality and coordination were developed. Two clustering methods, local gravitation clustering and communication with local agents, were created and tested. Results show that both methods perform well on various data sets, indicating their effectiveness in clustering data accurately.
