The study analyzed wind speed data in Tetouan, Morocco using Weibull and Rayleigh distribution functions. These methods are commonly used to assess wind energy potential. By adjusting the wind measurement data, the researchers found that the models accurately described the wind records in Tetouan. This suggests that Weibull and Rayleigh distributions can effectively evaluate wind resources in the region.
