The article introduces a new method called multilevel clustering, which combines supervised and unsupervised techniques to improve the efficiency, reduce time consumption, and enhance the accuracy of text categorization algorithms. The researchers developed algorithms for forming four levels of clustering, using existing clustering methods. The main goal was to achieve the best clustering results by implementing this multilevel clustering approach.
