The study aimed to predict erosion in a watershed by using the AGNPS model. Researchers conducted experiments on plots with different treatments and measured erosion at both plot and watershed scales. They found that the AGNPS model accurately predicted erosion in the Tugu Utara sub watershed and showed that land management practices can reduce erosion. This suggests that the AGNPS model is effective for predicting and managing erosion in watersheds.
